Privacy Policy
RepDay is a local-first app. The developer does not receive your profile, workout, or body-measurement data.
1. Who is responsible?
RepDay is developed and provided by Siavash Fazeli, based in Mollet del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. Contact details appear at the end of this policy.
2. Data handled by the app
RepDay lets you enter and store the following information locally:
- Local profile name, sex, height, and weekly workout goal.
- Workout dates and workout type.
- Body measurements, including weight, waist, neck, hips when applicable, and an estimated body-fat percentage.
- App preferences, such as the selected profile and language.
This information is stored in the app's local database on your device. It is not sent to the developer or to a RepDay server.
3. What RepDay does not collect
RepDay has no online accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, remote database, or cloud synchronization. The app does not ask for your email, phone number, street address, precise location, contacts, photos, or data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect.
4. Storage, backups, and sharing
App data remains on your device in the app's storage until you delete it. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup according to your Apple or Google backup settings.
RepDay can create a JSON backup when you choose Export Data. You decide where to save or share that file using the system share sheet. When you import a backup, the selected file is read locally. Any storage, email, or sharing service you choose has its own privacy practices. RepDay does not automatically upload backups.
5. Retention and deletion
You control how long local data is retained. In RepDay, you can:
- Delete a local profile and all data associated with it.
- Reset workout history, body-measurement history, or all profile data.
- Remove all remaining app data by uninstalling the app.
Backup files saved outside RepDay must be deleted separately from the location where you saved them. Because the developer never receives the local database, the developer cannot remotely access or delete it.
6. Support communications
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include. This information is used only to answer your request, based on the legitimate interest in providing support, and is normally deleted within 12 months after the request is resolved unless it must be retained longer for legal or security reasons. Support email is handled through Gmail, so Google may process the message under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send backup files or sensitive body measurements by email.
7. Website hosting
This policy and the support pages are hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information, such as IP address and request logs, when you visit these pages. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. This website uses no RepDay analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
8. Health information
RepDay's body-fat result is an estimate for general fitness tracking. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
9. Your rights
App data is controlled directly on your device. For personal data contained in support correspondence, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing by using the contact information below. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if RepDay's features or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the app or store listing where appropriate.

2. Uygulamanın işlediği veriler
RepDay aşağıdaki bilgileri cihazınızda girmenizi ve saklamanızı sağlar:

Bu bilgiler cihazınızdaki yerel uygulama veritabanında saklanır. Geliştiriciye veya herhangi bir RepDay sunucusuna gönderilmez.
3. RepDay'in toplamadığı veriler
RepDay'de çevrimiçi hesap, reklam, analiz, izleme, uzak veritabanı veya bulut eşitleme bulunmaz. Uygulama e-posta, telefon numarası, açık adres, kesin konum, kişiler, fotoğraflar veya Apple Health ya da Google Health Connect verilerini istemez.
4. Saklama, yedekleme ve paylaşım
Uygulama verileri siz silene kadar cihazınızdaki uygulama alanında kalır. İşletim sisteminiz, Apple veya Google yedekleme ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak uygulama verilerini cihaz yedeğine dahil edebilir.
Verileri Dışa Aktar seçeneğini kullandığınızda RepDay bir JSON yedek dosyası oluşturabilir. Sistem paylaşım ekranından bu dosyayı nereye kaydedeceğinize veya göndereceğinize siz karar verirsiniz. İçe aktarma sırasında seçilen dosya cihazda okunur. Seçtiğiniz depolama, e-posta veya paylaşım hizmetinin kendi gizlilik koşulları geçerlidir. RepDay yedekleri otomatik yüklemez.
5. Saklama süresi ve silme
Yerel verilerin ne kadar süre tutulacağını siz kontrol edersiniz. RepDay'de:
- Yerel bir profili ve ona bağlı tüm verileri silebilirsiniz.
- Antrenman geçmişini, vücut ölçümü geçmişini veya tüm profil verilerini sıfırlayabilirsiniz.
- Uygulamayı kaldırarak kalan tüm uygulama verilerini silebilirsiniz.
RepDay dışında saklanan yedekleri kaydettiğiniz yerden ayrıca silmeniz gerekir. Geliştirici yerel veritabanını almadığı için bu verilere uzaktan erişemez veya silemez.
6. Destek iletişimi
Desteğe e-posta gönderirseniz geliştirici e-posta adresinizi, mesajınızı ve isteyerek eklediğiniz bilgileri alır. Bu bilgiler yalnızca destek sağlama yönündeki meşru menfaat kapsamında talebinizi yanıtlamak için kullanılır ve yasal veya güvenlik nedeniyle daha uzun süre tutulması gerekmedikçe talep çözüldükten sonraki 12 ay içinde silinir. Destek e-postası Gmail üzerinden işlendiğinden Google mesajı kendi şartları ve gizlilik politikasına göre işleyebilir. Lütfen yedek dosyalarını veya hassas vücut ölçümlerini e-postayla göndermeyin.
7. İnternet sitesi barındırma
Bu politika ve destek sayfaları GitHub Pages üzerinde barındırılır. GitHub, sayfaları ziyaret ettiğinizde IP adresi ve istek günlükleri gibi teknik bilgileri işleyebilir. Ayrıntılar için GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi'ne bakın. Bu sitede RepDay'e ait analiz, reklam veya takip çerezi kullanılmaz.
8. Sağlık bilgileri
RepDay'deki vücut yağ sonucu genel fitness takibi için bir tahmindir; tıbbi tavsiye, tanı veya tedavi değildir. Sağlıkla ilgili konularda yetkin bir sağlık uzmanına başvurun.
9. Haklarınız
Uygulama verileri doğrudan cihazınızdan yönetilir. Destek yazışmalarındaki kişisel veriler için aşağıdaki iletişim bilgilerini kullanarak erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemenin kısıtlanması veya işleme itiraz talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Ayrıca İspanya Veri Koruma Kurumu'na (AEPD) ya da yerel denetim makamınıza şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
10. Politika değişiklikleri
RepDay özellikleri veya yasal yükümlülükler değişirse bu politika güncellenebilir. Sayfanın üstündeki yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygun olduğunda uygulama veya mağaza kaydı aracılığıyla duyurulur.

RepDay es una aplicación local. El desarrollador no recibe los datos de tus perfiles, entrenamientos ni medidas corporales.
1. ¿Quién es el responsable?
RepDay está desarrollada y ofrecida por Siavash Fazeli, con sede en Mollet del Vallès, Barcelona, España. Los datos de contacto aparecen al final de esta política.
2. Datos tratados por la aplicación
RepDay permite introducir y guardar localmente:
- Nombre del perfil local, sexo, altura y objetivo semanal de entrenamiento.
- Fechas y tipos de entrenamiento.
- Medidas corporales, como peso, cintura, cuello, cadera cuando corresponda y porcentaje estimado de grasa corporal.
- Preferencias de la aplicación, como el perfil y el idioma seleccionados.
Esta información se guarda en la base de datos local de la aplicación en tu dispositivo. No se envía al desarrollador ni a ningún servidor de RepDay.
3. Datos que RepDay no recopila
RepDay no incluye cuentas en línea, publicidad, analítica, seguimiento, base de datos remota ni sincronización en la nube. No solicita correo electrónico, teléfono, domicilio, ubicación precisa, contactos, fotos ni datos de Apple Health o Google Health Connect.
4. Almacenamiento, copias y uso compartido
Los datos permanecen en el espacio de la aplicación de tu dispositivo hasta que los elimines. El sistema operativo puede incluirlos en una copia del dispositivo según tus ajustes de copia de seguridad de Apple o Google.
Al elegir Exportar datos, RepDay puede crear una copia JSON. Tú eliges dónde guardarla o compartirla mediante el menú del sistema. Al importar, el archivo elegido se lee localmente. Cualquier servicio de almacenamiento, correo o uso compartido que elijas aplica sus propias prácticas de privacidad. RepDay no sube copias automáticamente.
5. Conservación y eliminación
Tú decides cuánto tiempo se conservan los datos locales. En RepDay puedes:
- Eliminar un perfil local y todos sus datos asociados.
- Restablecer el historial de entrenamientos, medidas o todos los datos del perfil.
- Eliminar los datos restantes desinstalando la aplicación.
Las copias guardadas fuera de RepDay deben eliminarse por separado. Como el desarrollador no recibe la base de datos local, no puede acceder a ella ni eliminarla de forma remota.
6. Comunicaciones de soporte
Si escribes a soporte, el desarrollador recibe tu dirección de correo, el mensaje y cualquier información que incluyas voluntariamente. Se utiliza únicamente para responder, sobre la base del interés legítimo en prestar soporte, y normalmente se elimina dentro de los 12 meses posteriores a la resolución, salvo que sea necesario conservarla por motivos legales o de seguridad. El correo se gestiona mediante Gmail, por lo que Google puede tratar el mensaje conforme a sus condiciones y política de privacidad. No envíes copias de seguridad ni medidas corporales sensibles por correo.
7. Alojamiento del sitio web
Esta política y las páginas de soporte se alojan en GitHub Pages. GitHub puede tratar información técnica, como la dirección IP y registros de solicitudes, cuando visitas estas páginas. Consulta la Declaración de privacidad de GitHub. Este sitio no utiliza analítica, publicidad ni cookies de seguimiento de RepDay.
8. Información de salud
El resultado de grasa corporal es una estimación para el seguimiento general del estado físico. No constituye consejo, diagnóstico ni tratamiento médico. Consulta a un profesional sanitario cualificado si tienes dudas de salud.
9. Tus derechos
Los datos de la aplicación se gestionan directamente en tu dispositivo. En relación con los datos personales incluidos en comunicaciones de soporte, puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación u oposición mediante los datos de contacto siguientes. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) o tu autoridad de control local.
10. Cambios en esta política
Esta política puede actualizarse si cambian las funciones de RepDay o sus obligaciones legales. Se actualizará la fecha indicada al principio. Los cambios importantes se comunicarán mediante la aplicación o la ficha de la tienda cuando proceda.
